Villa Kàpari
Villa Kàpari was finished in 2002, on the Southern coast of Milos, close to the Provatas Beach, 10 km. from Adamas on the panoramic road leading to Psadhatika. It lies on a a plot of 6000 sq. m, with Mediterranean plants and flowers, and it has one of the best sea views of the island. The area has little or no traffic, and it is not far from the scattered  dwellings and restaurants of the Southern coast.

The room
The room we rent is for two persons, and it is in the lower part of the villa, facing the sea. It has its own bath with a shower cabin, hair dryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, ample wardrobes, and the appliances to prepare breakfast. Outside, our hosts can enjoy a paved courtyard of 100 sq. m  with pergola, table and chairs, an outside basin and a second shower. Separate entrance to the property and parking.

Our guests
The location of the villa, only one room for rent, our knowledge of the island (this website is ours), our availability to show the island by our boat, all these things have allowed us to have clients that have become friends. We assist for rentals, for transportation to and from the island, restaurants and local products, and any information that can deepen the knowledge of the island and of its unique aspects.

We expect people that like all this and that are planning at Villa Kàpari at least one week vacation.
