The 45 square metres apartments consist of separate bedroom with traditional double metal bed, orthopedic mattress, satellite TV, A/C, bathroom, dressing table with stool and wardrobe. The second room comprises a fully equipped kitchen with all electric appliances (fridge – stove) plus a kitchen table, and a sitting room with A/C, three-seat sofa bed that can also be used us a double bed, or two separate beds, coffee table, satellite TV (access to Nova for card holders), free access to high speed ADSL internet connection, radio, cd/mp3/dvd player, digital safe.

The 27 square metres studios have a traditional double metal bed with orthopedic mattress, A/C, fridge, small electric kitchen hob for preparing breakfast, satellite TV (access to Nova for card holders), free access to high speed ADSL internet connection, radio cd/mp3 player, digital safe. Large Bathroom with shower cabin, hairdryer, electric shaver outlet, 230 & 120 Volts. Big balcony with table and chairs.
• Standard Rooms
Rooms of traditional type are 25 square metres each, built on one or two levels with A/C, television, fridge, small electric kitchen hob for preparing breakfast, large bathroom, balcony with table and chairs.
